Abstract

A 79-year-old white man with a history of sun-damaged skin and multiple nonmelanoma skin cancers presented to our clinic for a follow-up skin check. During the examination, a bruise-like nodule was identified on his left frontal scalp. The patient denied any preceding trauma in this location. Instead, he suggested that this “bruise” had been growing slowly over the course of a year.
