Abstract
Experience with radioisotope therapy at Henry Ford Hospital is reviewed here through critical analysis of results with 105 patients having recurrent malignant effusions. It is concluded that intracavitary isotope administration is of significant benefit and adds to the ease of care and comfort of such patients
