Osteochondroma of the Vertebra

Abstract

A seldom considered manifestation of multiple hereditary exostosis — vertebral lesions with and without neurological complications — is discussed. Three additional cases are added to the sparse literature on the subject with hope that the spinal ostetochondroma will be searched for and treated before neurological complications become manifest.
