Abstract
Two cases of supraglottic laryngeal carcinoma are presented in which distant metastasis occurred after adequate local control had been established. The metastasizing tendency of this lesion is discussed, and the efficacy of combined therapeutic approaches in treating these cases is questioned. Submitted
