The goal of this council is to collect insights and test new functionality to ensure Henry Ford Health can deliver consistent, easy, accessible, and convenient experiences that delight our patients and members unexpectedly. With the help of this council, we are: Redesigning and standardizing access points in ways we have not thought about in the past; Creating barrier-free access for our patients; Empowering team members to do their best, most satisfying work through supportive processes and technology.
