Abstract
Lung cancer continues to have the highest incidence and mortality rates globally. Early detection and monitoring of treatment response are key strategies to improve patient outcomes. Circulating microRNAs and urine metabolites have significant potential as non-invasive biomarkers to enhance lung cancer detection, monitor therapeutic response, and predict recurrence.
