Description
Purpose: The Environmental Influences on Child Health Outcomes (ECHO) study focuses on overall childhood health, while the Childhood Asthma and Neonatal Environment (CANOE) study focuses on asthma and allergies. Together, they form the ECHO-CANOE study. The ECHO-CANOE team partnered with Henry Ford Health’s Patient Engagement Research Center (PERC) to develop a small advisory group called CANOE Mom Opportunity Meetings (CANOE-MOM). This group provides personal feedback on the ECHO-CANOE study and serves as Patient Advisors, staying informed about future engagement opportunities and events.
