The Patient & Family Advisory Council (PFAC) has established itself as a key voice that Executive and Leadership teams turn to when implementing process improvements and launching new initiatives at Henry Ford Hospital. Our goal is to ensure the voices of patients and families are embedded in decision-making processes across departments and service lines in addition to promoting equity and inclusion by representing diverse perspectives and lived experiences.
